Some words from the Chef
Hi, my name is Robert Giuliani. I'm a Chef by trade and an avid traveler and adventurer. From Hawaii to Italy, from the Philippines to Mexico, food and discovery are my passion.
As a child, I grew up nurtured by the amazing cooking from my Mexican mother and my Italian father. Their love for food was contagious and inspired me to choose my professional path. As a Chef, I specialized in French and Asian cuisine, and I’ve worked with some of the most renowned contemporary Chefs in the world.
Traveling with a Chef was born with the idea of sharing my adventures while traveling around the world: giving insight about the marvelous food, people, places and experiences I find along the way.
